We also collect standard technical data such as log-in times and device information needed to verify course completion.

We use your information to deliver training, track and verify your progress, issue certificates, maintain the certified staff directory (with your consent), respond to inquiries, and improve our curriculum. If you enroll through a firm plan, your progress and certification status may be shared with your firm's designated administrators.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the school (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
4. Data security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data and retain course records for as long as needed to maintain your transcript and certification history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Your choices
